As you know, high school sports have limited school funding. Fund raising drives, family support and community donations provide the extras that help the teams perform.
The Creekview High School Soccer Program is asking for your support.
The 2008 Girls and Boys Varsity and Junior Varsity soccer teams are the beginning of a great tradition at Creekview. Our goal is to continue to improve the level of play and strengthen the program. Since we compete against bigger schools with heavily supported soccer programs, we need your help. Your donation will help buy equipment, supplies and training aids for the Boys and Girls teams. Our list runs from the basics, such as: balls, socks, soccer-kit bags and medical supplies, as well as summer training camps, video equipment and training equipment.

SUPPORT LEVELS

$20 Patron Level Sponsor- With this sponsorship
your name will appear on the Patrons Page of the soccer website, along
with a brief message of support for the team, or player(s) of your choice.
This sponsorship is not only for businesses, but is also a great opportunity
for parents and grandparents to show their support too.

$50 Silver Corporate Level Sponsor- With this sponsorship you will receive
their name announced at all our home games, and your
company featured on the team website.

$250 GOLD CORPORATE LEVEL SPONSOR - With this sponsorship, your company will receive a banner with your
company name displayed at all Home Games during a 1 year period, you company name announced at all home games,
your company featured on our team website and two free enters to all home games. Please see attached banner form for
more details, banners will be good for the 2008 season. At the end of the 2008 school year, the banner will be the property
of the advertiser or your sponsorship can be renewed for the following season.
